154.4638 is used at many SCE (Southern California Edison)
locations and is a digital signal used for the air
conditioner cycling program.
The SCE Trunked Radio Systems use I-CALL for "private"
communications between users. If you have a Uniden
BC780XLT then you can use this feature to monitor these
communications.
