There were a lot more people then I thought there would be considering this wasn't the only Patriot Day event in the area. There were also people on street corners with candles and flags through out the city.

Firemen are little boys that never grew up. Their toys are a lot bigger and louder.

Dan White, Twin Towers survivor and Simi Valley resident spoke about his close call with death that day. The company he works for lost 60 people, 4 of whom were close friends of Dan.

The city handed out these small American Flags and candles to everyone.
